 In this post, I will be discussing the technology aspect of the module. While I am really looking forward to using Unity3D, Canva and image editing, I am slowly getting tired of the everyday blogging and it's just the start of the year. It feels more like a chore than learning...

I have previous experience with Canva and Photoshop, but nothing major, but I am surely excited about trying out Unity3D, as it seems like a nice challenge.

For this week. I got a chance to pick my own tutorials which was kinda fun. At least I got to look for something that will be useful for my game. At first I thought to follow the tutorial series by Jimmy Vegas because things mentioned there are pretty useful - like the particle system which is so versatile and vast, but instead, I decided to go with some of his other tutorials. I been thinking for a long, long time how can I include a minimap that would be displayed in the corner of my screen? It turned into a bit of my nightmare, because I wasn't able to find a lot of information on google and even if I did, it was confusing... so this tutorial helped me greatly. Annotated Bibliography

As part of the exercise, we made a mind map using Coggle to come up with words that relate to Multimedia. At first, the idea of mind mapping was a little bit confusing, but after few words were added in, it became clearer and easier to understand the purpose. Source Based on the Mind Map and my project idea, I decided to research Interactive Storytelling. I did another Mind Map, just focusing on that single topic to make it clearer. I have used some points from the version we made during the class. The next and final step are the annotated bibliographies. I have searched far and wide to find articles and case studies that would be related to the topic I picked but its very hard, as apparently interactive storytelling is often used in organizations and companies.
